14-year-old injured after car rear-ends tractor in Vernon County

TOWN OF FRANKLIN, Wis. (WKBT) — A 14-year-old boy was injured following a car versus tractor crash Sunday night.

At 8:40 p.m., Vernon County authorities claim 62-year-old Kathryn O’Brien of Soldiers Grove rear-ended a tractor as it was turning onto Green Acres Road off of County Rd J.

Both parties involved were evaluated by first responders. The operator of the tractor, a 14-year-old boy, was later taken to the hospital by private vehicle for his injuries.
