17-year-old missing after leaving hometown with 2 men, police say
A Door County teen was reported missing after he left his hometown with two men Monday, officials said.
The Sturgeon Bay Police Department said 17-year-old Louis Jefferson Amelinckx was last seen wearing a black jacket and red sneakers.
Police said investigators believe traveled to an apartment complex in Green Bay where he stayed several hours before going to Oshkosh.
Anyone with information on Amelinckx’s whereabouts is asked to call local police or Sturgeon Bay police at 920-746-2450.
