80% of UW-La Crosse students fully vaccinated against COVID
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) – 80 percent of UW-La Crosse students have completed their COVID-19 vaccination series.
UWL was the first UW System school to announce they reached the 70 percent vaccination rate.
And at UW-Eau Claire, nearly at 81 percent of students have submitted their vaccination record.
The UW System’s ’70 for 70′ vaccination campaign was extended through the end of October.
Students can receive scholarships through the campaign if they are fully vaccinated.
Four of the system’s four-year schools, UW-Green Bay, UW-Platteville, UW-Superior and UW-Parkside have not reached the 70 percent mark.
