Alternate side parking officially goes into effect in La Crosse starting at midnight Sunday

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) – Alternate side parking will officially begin in the city of La Crosse starting at midnight on Sunday.

The rule goes into effect because the La Crosse Regional Airport measured more than two inches of snow, according to the city.

Since Sunday is an even-numbered calendar day, folks will need to park on the even-numbered side of the street.

On odd-numbered calendar days, you’ll need to park on the odd-numbered side of the street.

Alternate side parking in La Crosse runs through March 15.
