Earlier story:
WISCONSIN RAPIDS (WKBT) — An Amber Alert has been issued for an infant police say is in need of medication and was last seen with his mother.
Dorian L. Gisen, aged 2 months, was last seen with his mother, Haley N. Pelot. The Wisconsin Rapids Police Department is investigating Pelot for possible child neglect or abuse and attempted to contact Pelot Wednesday. Pelot fled police and police called off the pursuit when Pelot threatened to harm the baby, according to the Wisconsin Department of Justice.
Dorian has a life-threatening medical condition that required medication multiple times per day. It is believed Pelot doesn’t have the medication with her.
Pelot is a 28-year-old white woman with brown hair and hazel eyes. She is about 5’1″ and 120 pounds. She was last seen driving a 2002 silver Toyota Camry with a black front bumper with a Wisconsin license plate of AHY 5345.
Anyone with information should call the Wisconsin Rapids Police Department at 715-421-8701.
