Anna M. Hendrick

Anna Hendrick “Wiic waną cisąįga”, age 59, of Tomah, Wisconsin, and formerly of Oregon, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2020, at her home. She was born August 5, 1960, to Tony Lusky and Lula Mae Russell. Anna was extremely faithful and was an active member of the Lighthouse Assembly of God in Tomah.

Anna was a great baker and an excellent cook, who also enjoyed taking care of people. She loved playing cards, but of course, by her own rules. Anna was always full of life and enjoyed the time she spent with her family and friends; her grandkids were her pride and joy and brought her so much happiness.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, James Hendrick, her children, James Jr. (Regina) Hendrick and Elvia (Shane) Bisbing, grandchildren, Mason, Natalie, Jada and Ava Hendrick and Raven and Shane Jr. Bisbing, her siblings, Sharon Green, Jake Green, Monte (Kris) Green and Tammy (Brian) Anderson, brother-in-law, Larry Stewart Sr., many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, George Milford, Russell, Lester, Beverly, Alice Mae, Maxine, Forrest and Georgia.

Traditional Ho Chunk services will be held Sunday, February 9, 2020, 12:00 p.m. at Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah, WI. Burial will follow in the Blue Wing Cemetery, Tomah, WI. Family and friends are invited for visitation on Saturday, February 8, 2020, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Torkelson Funeral Home.
