Another Chilly Night… With Frost For Some -Bill Graul
Dry & Seasonable This Weekend
Tonight’s Forecast Low: 34F / Saturday’s Forecast High: 59F…
Sunshine finally returned to the region today, helping warm high temps into the upper 50s to low-mid 60s. After a pleasant evening, temps will drop quickly tonight thanks to clear to partly cloudy skies… and fairly light winds around 5 mph from the north. Expect another chilly night with lows ranging from the mid 20s to low-mid 30s, so another frosty night for many.
Unlike last weekend, this one is looking dry with a mix of clouds and sun. Temps will be seasonable for mid-April, with highs ranging from the mid 50s to around 60F.
A cold front will then track southeast across the region Sunday night into Monday, bringing a chance of light rain and snow showers. It will also usher in another shot of cool air, with highs Monday dropping into the mid-upper 40s. Breezy conditions Monday will just add to the chill.
Looking Ahead… Temps will remain on the chilly side Tuesday and Wednesday, with highs in the mid-upper 40s. Expect mostly cloudy skies both days with a few sprinkles or flurries possible in spots, especially on Wednesday.
Partly cloudy and warmer Thursday with highs in the upper 50s to around 60F. Small chance of rain showers next Friday with highs in the upper 50s, then partly sunny next Saturday with highs in the mid-upper 50s.
Have a good Friday night and a great weekend ahead! -Bill Graul
