Another Comfortable Night… With Valley Fog Late -Bill Graul
A Bit Warmer Tuesday, Small Chance For A PM Shower
Tonight’s Forecast Low: 58F / Tuesday’s Forecast High: 84F…
Very small chance (5% or less) of seeing an isolated shower or sprinkles in spots this evening… through about sunset. Otherwise, tonight will be similar to last night… with mainly clear skies and comfortable overnight lows in the 50s for most, perhaps some upper 40s north/east. Humidity will remain low as well. Winds will be light, so valley fog will again be likely late tonight into early Tuesday morning.
Some wildfire smoke could again filter south into parts of the area tonight, so another Air Quality Alert has been posted for about the northern half of Wisconsin and a good portion of the state of Minnesota… through Tuesday afternoon.
Tuesday will be another nice summer day, with slightly warmer highs in the 80-85F range for most… but humidity will remain fairly low. Like today, there will be a small chance (about 10% or less) for an afternoon or early evening shower in spots.
Looking Ahead… Wednesday looks dry with seasonably warm highs in the low-mid 80s. Small chance of isolated t-showers Thursday afternoon and evening, with highs in the low-mid 80s. Slightly better chances for some hit/miss t-showers Friday, with highs again in the low-mid 80s.
It gets hotter and more humid by the weekend, with highs in the upper 80s to low-mid 90s. Isolated chances for showers and t-storms will continue through the weekend as well. It looks rather toasty to start next week as well, with highs remaining in the upper 80s to low-mid 90s.
Have a great night! -Bill Graul
