Apple salad dressing

Makes 1 cup

Serve this low-calorie dressing on tossed green salads, sliced tomatoes, or mixed fruit salads. It will keep for up to 1 week in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator. Stir before using.

½ cup plain yogurt
¼ cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon celery seeds
¼ teaspoon pepper, or to taste

Stir together all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
