Appleton man arrested in Trempealeau County for possible 12th OWI
PIGEON FALLS, Wis. (WKBT) — An Appleton man is facing his 12th OWI offense following his arrest Saturday night in Trempealeau County.
Jerome J. Pomeroy, 57, reportedly struck two unoccupied parked cars November 9 at approximately 6:30 p.m. in the Village of Pigeon Falls.
While speaking with Pomeroy, deputies observed signs of impairment. Pomeroy admitted being intoxicated and to striking the parked cars to law enforcement.
Pomeroy is charged with 12th offense OWI, operating on a revoked license due to OWI and a probation hold.
