Area man admits to repeatedly sexually assaulting 15-year-old girl
EAU CLAIRE, WI — A 48-year-old man admitted to Eau Claire police that he repeatedly sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl over the course of several years.
Larry L. Johnson has been charged with repeated acts of sexual assault of the same child and first degree sexual assault of a child.
On August 28 at about 11:15 p.m., Eau Claire police responded to Sacred Heart Hospital for a report of a woman having complications from childbirth. Investigators say that the birth occurred at an Eau Claire residence and the infant died of homicidal actions. A forensic examination conducted at the University of Wisconsin-Madison determined the infant was near full term, born alive, and was female.
Johnson told police he believed he was the biological father of the deceased infant.
A petition has been filed in juvenile court regarding the 15-year-old female’s involvement in the homicide of the infant.
