Arson cause of jet skis, park pavilion fires
EAU CLAIRE, WI — Eau Claire police say arson is the cause of two fires that happened in the city around 11:30 p.m. on August 27.
The Eau Claire Police and Fire Departments were called to a structure fire at the Oakwood Hills neighborhood park pavilion at 4433 Oakwood Hills Parkway. At 11:56, crews were called to a second fire on Oak Knoll Dr. where they found two jet skis engulfed in flames.
Police say the fires appear to have been set by the same person(s).
