‘Ashley for the Arts’ announces headlining acts for August concerts
Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, The Fray headline festival to raise money for arts
ARCADIA, Wis. (WKBT) — Some big names are coming to Arcadia to help the arts.
Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, The Fray and Easton Corbin will be the headlining acts for this year’s “Ashley for the Arts.”
The three-day festival is sponsored by Ashley Furniture and raises money for 12 schools and 8 non-profit organizations in the area.
Attendance for last year’s event was four times what was expected, which is leading organizers to plan ahead this year.
There will be a new stage added for all of the headlining acts, but that’s not the only change.
“We’re also going to add more camping, we’re going to have more food vendors, more bars, so basically double capacity all around,” said Jason Lockington of Ashley Furniture. “Getting food, getting beverages, you shouldn’t have an issue this year.”
This year’s “Ashley for the Arts” event will take place August 6th through the 8th at Memorial Park in Arcadia.
Admission for the festival is $5, which covers all three days. For more information you can go to AshleyForTheArts.com.
