Asparagus Chicken Skillet

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
9-ounce pkg. frozen asparagus cuts
1 onion (small)
1 tomato

Check pantry for:
Olive oil
Fat-free Italian salad dressing

Serves 4

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 small onion, chopped
9–ounce pkg. frozen asparagus cuts, thawed
1 tomato, chopped
¼ cup fat-free Italian salad dressing

Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Place chicken breasts in skillet, stir and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add onions, asparagus and tomato, stir and cook for 3 more minutes. Add salad dressing and bring to boil. Cook 3 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender and chicken internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
