ATV inspired Back the Badge rally

Dozens of supports showed up for the family-friendly ride

VIROQUA, Wis (WKBT) – Local ATV enthusiasts joined together and held a ride to support the police.

The riders began in Viroqua with plans to ride to local businesses in the area to show their support.

Dozens of supports showed up for the family-friendly ride.

Supporters in the group say it’s important to continue to show law enforcement that they have support from many people in the community.

“You need to show them support, so they feel like they should do a good job, and they want to do a good job. So we have to keep showing support to get this thing fixed and heal this problem,” said local supporter Shawn Engh, owner of Signs By Shawn.

Their ride took them to Country Gardens as well as Norwegian Hollow, to show their support for those small businesses.
