Badger Basketball lands 1st commitment in Class of 2023

Wisconsin basketball has its first commitment from a Class of 2023 player, and it’s John Blackwell out of Detroit, Michigan.

The 6-foot-3 combo guard is a three-star athlete, per 247 Sports. Wisconsin is the only Power 5 school that had offered him to this point.
