Bangor fans rally ahead of state tournament appearance for Cardinals

Cardinals face Clear Lake on Friday

BANGOR, Wis. (WKBT) – Bangor is on their way to the state tournament.

The Lady Cardinals will face Clear Lake Friday at at about 11 in the morning.

Fans gathered in the school’s gym Thursday morning for a pep rally.

After falling short of a state appearance last year, players are focused on their return to Green Bay.

“It takes a lot of like hyping up and being together and when we’re together we always have a lot of fun. And the fun carries on to the game,” said Bangor junior Andrea Olson.

Bangor is looking for their third state title.
