Bangor fends Blair-Taylor in 70-60 overtime victory in D5 tournament

BANGOR, Wis. (WKBT)–It took extra time, but Bangor was able to beat Blair-Taylor in overtime 70-60.

A three-pointer from Abby Thompson forced the game into overtime, but sharp shooting from Taylor Jacobson and company allowed the Cardinals to advance in the D5 tournament.

Bangor will next play Potosi/Cassville Thursday, March 5th.

MELROSE, Wis. (WKBT)–The Mustangs went on a 13-0 run to start their sectional match up with Fall Creek, and never looked back, winning 66-31.

Mel-Min will take on Neilsville at Eau Claire Memorial, Thursday March 5th.
