Bash to feature games, food, education booths, music in La Crosse’s Upper Hixon Forest

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) —The Bluff Bash, a free event featuring games, s’mores, educational booths, music and food in Upper Hixon Forest, will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
The activities, sponsored by the city of La Crosse’s Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department, in the Upper Hixon Pump Track off of County Hwy FA will include opportunities for timed races with ORA Trails around the Pump Track and UWL Connect bikes to try.
Sauna Sessions will perform, and attendees can buy food from Apothik and Taco Town.
Following is the schedule of activities:
6:15 p.m. — Zoerb Prairie Walk with Friends of the Blufflands.
6:15 p.m. —Join River City Running Club’s weekly run.
7:30 p.m. —Thompson Prairie Walk with Prairie Moon.
7:15 p.m. — Zoerb Prairie Walk with Friends of the Blufflands.
7:30 p.m. — Bluffland Volunteer Award presentation.
