MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin’s nearly finished recount of presidential votes goes before a federal judge on Friday. The challenge to the Green Party-backed recount comes two days after a federal judge’s ruling ended a similar recount there. A federal judge in PennsylvanIa later Friday will hear arguments on whether a recount should start there. By Todd Richmond. SENT: 130 words.
