Beer enthusiasts show off collections in Onalaska
ONALASKA, Wis. (WKBT) — Beer lovers stopped by the Omni Center in Onalaska Saturday for the annual Beer and Brewery Collectibles Show.
Nearly 50 vendors showed off their favorite beer advertising items such as signs, lights and bottles.
Appraisals were offered free of charge for people looking to see how much their items are worth.
The event started as an informal gathering but has steadily grown over 30 years.
“You’ll see a number of things from the former G. Heileman Brewing Company, older breweries like La Crosse breweries or the Gund Brewing Company. You’ll see stuff from Minnesota as well,” said Paul Nelson, one of the organizers for the event.
The event happens every year on the first Saturday of May.
