Black River Falls man arrested for 8th OWI
JACKSON COUNTY, Wis. (WKBT) – The Wisconsin State Patrol arrested a Black River Falls man for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 8th
offense. Troopers arrested John Whitewater, 55, on Saturday.
A Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper conducted a traffic stop on the Interstate 94 exit ramp at milepost 115 for an equipment violation at approximately 9:18 p.m. A subsequent investigation was conducted on the driver of the vehicle.
Whitewater was taken to a local hospital for an evidentiary test of his blood and then was taken to the Jackson County Jail.
