Black River Falls woman sentenced for overdose death
BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wis. (WKBT) — A Black River Falls woman is sentenced today for her connection to an overdose death in Jackson County.
28 year old Dreama Harvey was found guilty of one count of reckless homicide for delivering the drugs as well as one count of manufacturing and delivering heroin.
Harvey was found responsible for selling heroin to 28 year old Dustin Bahr who died of an overdose in February of 2015.
A judge sentenced Harvey to 12 years in prison with 8 years of extended supervision.
