Body of canoeist recovered from Centerville Lake
ANOKA, Minn. (AP) — Authorities have recovered the body of a St. Paul man who fell from a canoe in an Anoka County lake.
The body of 21-year-old Thai Vang was found about 4 p.m. Monday. He was one of two men who fell into Centerville Lake Sunday when their canoe capsized. The Star Tribune reports witnesses saved one of the men, but could not find Vang in the lake’s weeds.
