Breaking: Coulee Region Chill sold, relocated to Oklahoma City
The NA3HL has announced the Coulee Region Chill has been sold and relocated to the Oklahoma City Hockey Club, LLC.
The team will be relocated to Oklahoma City for the 2020-21 season.
The Chill had announced in April it would not be playing in the 2020-21 season due to Green Island Ice Arena being unavailable to them.
Chill managing director Michelle Bryant told News 8 Now Sports on Tuesday via email, “Yes we have sold our membership. Since we were not going to be able to operate this fall, an interested party stepped up to buy the membership. We still hold the rights to the Chill name and a new membership could come back in the future.”
