Caelen Lansing transferring to UWL for gymnastics

One of La Crosse’s own is heading back home. The Central High standout gymnast Caelen Lansing will be transferring from Iowa to UWL. The former All-American was named Wisconsin High School Gymnast of the Year as a senior. She’s also a three-time MVC gymnast of the year, winning the all-around, floor and beam in 2020.

Lansing did not compete for the Hawkeyes in her two seasons at Iowa but she was named to the Academic All Big-Ten this year.
