Changes to yard waste pick-up in Onalaska

Spring has arrived and is littering people’s yards with sticks and leafs.

To help make spring clean-up more efficient, the city of Onalaska is making some changes to its yard waste pick-up program.

The city is now picking-up both garbage and yard waste on the same day, so when you take your garbage to the curb, you should also put your yard waste out along with it.

All this month, yard waste collection is free. After that, there is a one-time $20 fee for pick up running through November.
