Children with disabilities get helping hand at UW-La Crosse

Children with disabilities in our area got a helping hand in hitting a big milestone.
The Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin, the La Crosse Area Autism Foundation, and U-W La Crosse is hosting their annual Bike Camp.
Thirty University students are helping local kids learn how to independently ride on two wheels.
