Christmas tree removal begins in Winona

WINONA, Minn (WKBT) – Christmas Tree clean-up is making its way through Winona. In order for the city to pick up trees, they must be on the southwest corner of the boulevard early Monday morning.

That is the corner closest to the bluffs and Goodview. The city is only accepting real trees for disposal.

All decorations and lights must be taken off the tree. If people would like, they can also bring your trees directly to the compost site at the Winona Farm on East Burns Valley Road.
