Marinated Chuck Steak

Red wine vinegar
Boneless chuck steak

Check pantry for:
Soy sauce
Lemon juice
Brown sugar
Worcestershire sauce
Onion powder

Suggested side items:
Slices of tomato sprinkled with mozzarella cheese
Peach slices

Serves 6

½ cup red wine vinegar
½ cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. minced garlic
¼ tsp. onion powder
2 lbs. boneless chuck steak, trim visible fat

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first seven ingredients. Add the beef, seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Drain and discard marinade. Grill covered, over medium heat, 8-10 minutes on each side, until internal temperature of meat reaches 145 degrees.
