Clouds & Sun with Windy Conditions Today, Thunderstorms Possible Tonight -Derek Sibley

Today’s Planner: Mix Clouds & Sun & Windy.  High Temperature 83F.  Winds SSE 20-30 MPH.

Skies will turn mostly sunny later this morning with breezy conditions.  We could see an increase in clouds by noon today with temperatures then warming up to the upper 70s.  Skies clear again later this afternoon and will allow highs to warm to the low 80s.  Thunderstorms could develop and affect some of us by this evening.

Strong to Severe Storms Possible Tonight

The tail end of a low pressure system will bring a cold front this evening and tonight.  Along and ahead of the front, thunderstorms are possible.  Some of the storms could turn strong to severe with large hail, damaging winds, and isolated tornadoes all a possibility.

Next 8 Days

Another chance of thunderstorms is possible Tuesday and Wednesday as the front stalls near the area combined with favorable upper level conditions.  It will be a hot day on Thursday with highs soaring into the low 90s thanks to a southerly wind.  More thunderstorm chances are possible by the end of the week.
