Cloudy Skies Continue into the Weekend
It does not look like we will see a lot of sun this weekend.
Cloudy for the rest of the day
The rest of the day looks cloudy. In fact, we may not begin to see clearing of the skies until overnight tonight.
Temperatures so far are running anywhere from about 5-10 degrees warmer than this time yesterday, with some spots warmer than that. Expect warmer temperatures in the afternoon today with highs in the upper 70s.
Recent rains across our area have helped with the drought. La Crosse is now abnormally dry which is the lowest level on the scale. Others still remain in a moderate to severe drought condition.
Looking ahead to the next 8 days we will see mostly cloudy conditions continue with a slight chance of showers for the weekend. Temperatures look to remain in the upper 70s to low 80s.
