Cochrane-Fountain City senior named U.S. Presidential Scholar semifinalist in Career and Technical Education
The scholars will be named in May
BUFFALO CO., Wis. (WKBT) — A Cochrane-Fountain City High School senior is a semifinalist for one of the nation’s highest honors for high school students.
Karter Domine is in the running to be named a U.S. Presidential Scholar in Career and Technical Education.
The size of C-FC didn’t stop Domine from becoming a finalist.
“We’re still involved in so many programs,” he said. “And I’m able to take part in all the opportunities that we are in. And I’m still able to compete with bigger schools.”
The scholars will be named in May.
The honor wouldn’t be the first for C-FC High School.
Amara Lynn Livingston was named a Presidential Scholar in 2021.
