Community Yard Sale in Onalaska supports global medical supply distribution
Community donations bolster the two-day sale
ONALASKA, Wis. (WKBT) – A Community Yard Sale is helping people around the globe get the medical supplies they need.
The sale is wrapping at Onalaska High School.
Money raised will support the “World Medical Relief” organization, which helps distribute excess medical supplies around the world.
Organizers say community members are happy to help.
“A lot of people told us that, like, ‘I’m not going to do anything with it, so I’m glad to give it somewhere that’s going to good,” said Onalaska High School student Natalie Mumm.
The yard sale continues Saturday.
