Cranberry Fluff
Makes about 7 cups
4 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
3 cups miniature marshmallows
¾ cup sugar*
2 cups finely chopped tart apples, such as granny smith
½ cup halved green grapes
1 cup frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
½ cup chopped nuts, if desired**
Place cranberries in a food processor or blender container; cover and process until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl; stir in marshmallows and sugar. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Just before serving, stir in apples, grapes and nuts, if desired. Fold in whipped topping.
*can use sugar substitute
