Cucumber Melon Salad

Makes about 8 cups

¼ cup fresh lime juice

¼ tsp. salt
? tsp. ground black pepper
1 lg. cucumber, deseeded and coarsely chopped
6 cups coarsely chopped cantaloupe
3 green onions, thinly sliced
½ cup chopped cilantro

In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Chill until serving.
