Death of man found in northwestern Minnesota lake ruled as drowning
BAGLEY, Minn. (AP) — Authorities have ruled the death of a man found Sunday in Lake Lemond in the northwestern Minnesota town of Bagley as a drowning.
Clearwater County Chief Deputy Todd Spray says the death is not suspicious, but authorities were still waiting Tuesday to release the identity of the man, who is in his 20s, until family members can be notified. He says more details will be released Wednesday.
A boater reported finding a body floating in the lake about 3:30 p.m. Sunday.
