Derousseau, Fielding, Compan commit to college programs
Three Coulee Region standout basketball players have made their college basketball commitments.
Tomah star Dustin Derousseau is staying in the Coulee Region and committing to UW-La Crosse after a senior season averaging over 24 points a game.
Derousseau shared MVC Player of the Year honors with Central guard Devon Fielding, who’s committing to Winona State hoops. Fielding averaged over 15 points a game and helped lead the RiverHawks to the Division 2 State finals.
His Central teammate Noah Compan is committing to North Iowa Area Community College, a JUCO program. Compan averaged over 12 points and six rebounds a game as a senior.
