Donald L. Gantz age 70 of Ferryville passed away unexpectedly, Monday, August 19, 2019 at his home following a brief illness.

He was born July 18, 1949 in Rockford, IL the son of Albert and Marion Gantz. He served in the US Navy and later worked for a aeronautical test laboratory in Illinois until his retirement. He is survived by his son Chris (Andrea) Gantz of Durand, IL, his sister Maribeth Manigold and a brother Jim Gantz. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Randy and two sisters, Rita Carter and Donna Huber.
