‘Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over’ Campaign kicks off in Wisconsin
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) – The ‘Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over’ effort starts across Wisconsin.
Added state and local law enforcement will be on roads throughout the state.
Last year, alcohol was a factor in 140 deaths.
Wisconsin officials say drivers impaired by drugs is an increasing concern on roads throughout the state.
Minnesota’s ‘Drive Sober’ campaign has already started.
Both efforts wrap up on Labor Day.
