Eagles drop both games of doubleheader to Stevens Point
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT)–The Eagles woes against the Pointers of Stevens Point continued Saturday, losing four straight games to UW-Stevens Point on the year.
The Pointers’ bats were white hot at Copeland Park, combining for 20 runs in both games of the doubleheader, winning 8-3 and 12-9.
Sawyer Phillips earned 8 strikeouts on the day, but let 6 runs cross the plate in the first loss of the day.
