Elaine Johnson
Elaine Johnson, 75, of Pigeon Falls, died Sunday, May 2, 2021 at Trempealeau County Health Care Center, Whitehall.
Elaine was born May 1, 1946, in Buffalo County, to Lawrence and Mary (Browskowski) Marsolek. She married Larry Johnson January 17, 1976 at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Independence.
Elaine loved cooking, fishing, gardening, flowers, all animals, especially cats. She was a cook for many years, working at Hillside Fish House, Pigeon Tap and Kwik Trip. She was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Independence.
Elaine is survived by her husband, Larry of Pigeon Falls; daughter, Penny of Eau Claire; two grandchildren, Jordan Johnson and Darien Jensen.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Helen Wiersgalla and Dorothy Ryan.
Mass of Christian Burial (with COVID-19 guidelines) will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, May 7, 2021, at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Independence, with burial the church cemetery.
Visitation will be 1 hour prior to Mass at the church.
