Emergency funding available for hospitality business through Restaurant Revitalization Fund
Funds are through the Small Business Administration
UNDATED (WKBT) – Emergency funding is available for hospitality businesses locally as they recover from the impacts of COVID-19 pandemic.
Businesses that prepare and serve food or beverages can apply for funding.
The funding is equal to financial losses in the pandemic.
As much as $10 million dollars per business is available.
Funds come from the federal Small Business Administration’s Restaurant Revitalization Fund.
Recipients do not have to repay the funding as long as it is used for eligible purposes.
The funds must be used by March 11, 2023.
Applications are now being accepted on the S-B-A’s restaurant webpage.
