Employees of local business spend their day off helping others
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — Employees from a local business spent their day-off helping others.
Bell ringers from Inland Packaging greeted shoppers outside the La Crosse and Onalaska Walmarts on Saturday.
With the help of the community, the company plans to match up to $10,000 this weekend.
“We want to always give back to the city any way possible. We saw the opportunity to come out and be a part of this, and we just kind of jumped on it,” bell-ringer, Brad Glendenning said.
Inland employees said they want to make this an annual event.
Bell ringers are always needed.
