* AFFECTED AREA…Most of central and south central Minnesota.

* WIND…South 15 to 25 mph with gusts near 35 mph.

* HUMIDITY…Minimum RH around 25 percent.

* IMPACTS…any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
