FIRST ALERT WEATHER: A smidge warmer today as compared to yesterday. -Erik Dean
Rain chances will pick up tomorrow evening.
DISCUSSION: Well, I am starting to sound like a broken record as we are going to see another nice day across the Coulee Region. There will be a couple of differences; first of all we will be a little warmer today. Highs will be in the low to mid 80s. The other difference will be the cloud cover. The clouds will start to ramp up as we head into the afternoon hours. This sets the stage for tomorrow. We’ll start the day off with a mixture of sun and clouds, then the rain chances will pick up in the evening hours. The rain & thunderstorm chances will continue throughout the weekend. The Storm Prediction Center has posted the Coulee Region under a MARGINAL (Level 1) Risk for Severe Weather with heavy wind & hail being the main threats.
