…A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 PM CDT FOR TREMPEALEAU
COUNTY…

At 818 PM CDT, flooding continues along many area rivers, especially
across southern Trempealeau County. This flood warning will be
extended into tomorrow morning. Continue to heed road closures and
stay away from flood waters.

Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Arcadia, Whitehall, Trempealeau, Galesville, Blair, Independence,
Ettrick, Hegg, Highway 95 And County D, Square Bluff, Beach Corners,
Perrot State Park, Thimble Park, North Creek, Peacock Hill,
Frenchville, Wickham Valley, Walek Knob and Iduna.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
