‘For Pets’ Sake’ donation drive coming to Onalaska

Day-long drive will be at Blain's Farm & Fleet

ONALASKA, Wis. (WKBT) – You can help four-legged friends during the “For Pets’ Sake” donation drive in Onalaska.

News 8 Now is teaming up Noble Custom Woodshop, along with Blain’s Farm & Fleet, for the one-day event.

Drop off toys, bedding, food and cash donations to help the Coulee Region Humane Society and the La Crosse County K-9 Unit.

For Dan Noble, who is helping organize the event in honor of a friend, animals are more than just a friend to play with.

“With pets, the mental health, what they do to help out is that they will comfort people with PTSD by being their, laying on their laps,” said Noble, who owns Noble Custom Woodshop.

For Pets’ Sake starts at 8 a.m. at Blain’s Farm & Fleet.

It continues until 6:30 p.m. collecting donations.
