Franciscan Spirituality Center announces endowment campaign

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — La Crosse’s Franciscan Spirituality Center on Monday announced its endowment campaign aimed at “Creating a Legacy of Peace and Goodness.”

The spirituality center aims to raise $3 million to ensure a financially secure and sustainable future, which it says will allow it to remain a vital resource in the heart of La Crosse.

Well over a third of the goal has been raised to date. The public is invited to help support this endeavor; gifts of any size are welcome. All donations and pledges made by June 30, 2021, will be matched dollar for dollar by the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration.

The spirituality center’s mission is to support all people in their search for God, meaning and wholeness.

The Franciscan Spirituality Center is open to people of all faith backgrounds and traditions (or none) and offers innovative and inclusive programming, retreats, compassionate listening, spiritual director training, support groups and other services as needed in response to ever-growing and changing needs.
