G-E-T’s Luke Vance rapidly racking up yards

G-E-T Football loves to run the ball–that’s no secret. We sometimes take for granted how well they manage to do it, but last Friday put it back in perspective–546 rushing yards for the Red Hawks in their win against Black River Falls, and senior Luke Vance did a bulk of the damage.

The speedster ran for 265 yards on 22 carries, for 12 yards a carry. In four games this spring, Vance has almost 700 rushing yards.

And as part of that performance, he officially eclipsed 2,000 rushing yards in his career. It has taken him just 11 games.
